1. Where does By Maktub deliver?

Currently, By Maktub delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. For clients outside Pakistan, we are working to introduce international shipping soon.

2. In which currency are your products priced?

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

3. How can I pay for my order?

Payment is made in full at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery). Additional payment options may be introduced in the future.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery within Pakistan typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festive seasons or due to courier constraints.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please note, no refunds are offered — only exchanges or store credit (if applicable).

6. Can I return perfumes?

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, perfumes must remain sealed and unopened to qualify for a return or exchange. Opened or used bottles are not eligible.

7. Do you accept returns on sale items?

Items purchased during sales or promotions are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact our Client Care team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to verify the issue, after which a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

9. How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgment message or email with your order details. Our team may also contact you to reconfirm delivery details.
