At By Maktub, every creation is crafted with care and precision. We are committed to ensuring that your experience with us reflects the elegance and quality we stand for. While each piece is made to the highest standards, we understand that you may wish to request a return or exchange under certain conditions.
1. Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, seals, and packaging intact.
Perfumes must remain sealed and unopened. Due to hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.
Clothing must not show any signs of wear, alterations, or damage.
2. Exclusions
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Personalized or custom items cannot be returned.
No refunds are offered under any circumstances. Only exchanges or store credit (if applicable) will be provided.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team may request photographic proof before authorizing a return.
Eligible items will be exchanged at no additional cost.
4. Process for Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
- Follow the instructions provided to ship the item back in its original condition.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Right to Refuse
By Maktub reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above requirements or are received without prior authorization.
